Thank you for shopping with Boutique Mix. Our goal is to provide you with a fabulous shopping excursion from the comfort of your computer. To get the most out of your Boutique Mix shopping experience, please review our store policies below.
 
Payment: Shop securely with Credit Cards (Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or via Paypal.
 
Boutique Mix accepts major credit cards (Discover, Mastercard, Visa) via our secure payment portal, Authorize.net. Your credit card company does not share your financial information with Boutique Mix.
 
Boutique Mix also accepts payment via Paypal, a safe, easy method that protects your financial information.  You do not need to have a paypal account to use Paypal.  Paypal allows you to use your credit card to make your purchases.  As with your credit card payments, Paypal does not share your financial information with Boutique Mix.
 
Once payment is completed and finalized, you will automatically receive an order confirmation for your transaction. This confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting it for payment. Once your order is processed, it is a FINAL order and cannot be modified/cancelled.
 
Order Processing and Shipping
 
All Boutique Mix orders are processed based on availability and paypal/credit card verification. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Boutique Mix will provide notification if an item is not in stock. In addition to the order confirmation, a shipping confirmation email (containing tracking information) will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
 
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. Boutique Mix will contact customers if the item selected is out of stock or if additional credit verificification is needed.
 
All orders are shipped via UPS (Ground or 2 Day Air, where applicable) on Mondays through Friday only. Please note that delivery time does not include holidays and weekends. Boutique Mix ships to the Continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Boutique Mix does not pay customs/tariffs. All custom and other international duties are the responsibility of the international customer. Please check your international shipment policies for more information.
 
Though Boutique Mix offers no weekend or holiday delivery, but will issue refunds for missed guaranteed shipments. These refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
 
Shipping is calculated based on the total cost of your purchase.
 
Boutique Mix offers FREE GROUND shipping on all orders over $200.

Exchange and Return Policies
 
We want you to love your fabulous items, but if for any reason you need to return (for a refund) or exchange any of the items you purchase, please read our policies carefully.
 
Return policy for full refund
 
To qualify for a full refund, all merchandise must be returned to Boutique Mix within 7 days (from the date of purchase) and must be in its original shipping condition (i.e., must not be altered, worned, washed) with all original tags attached.
 
Upon receipt of your return package within the applicable 7 day period, Boutique Mix will process your refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Boutique Mix will notifiy you via your chosen form of communication (email/phone) when the refund is complete.
 
Return policy for store credit
 
All returns after the applicable 7 day period, but within 10 days will be issued store credit only. Store credit remains valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
 
Please note the size of jewelry/clothing/shoes when shopping for these items, as returns for size will not be accepted where the size is listed in the product descriptions. (e.g., Iris Design Bracelets).
 
Exchange Policy
 
To qualify for a an exchange, all merchandise must be returned to Boutique Mix within 10 days (from the date of purchase) and must be in its original shipping condition (i.e., must not be altered, worned, washed) with all original tags attached.
 
Upon receipt of your return package within the applicable 10 day period, Boutique Mix will process your exchange and notify you upon shipment. If an item is out of stock or backordered, Boutique Mix will notify you.
 
Boutique Mix reserves the right to deny exchanges on returned items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
 
Sale items/Shipping and handling fees/Restocking fees
 
All Sales are FINAL. Boutique Mix does NOT accept returns on any sale items.
 
Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable and will be subtracted from refund payments and store credit issued.
 
Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt for any damages or incorrect shipments. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify Boutique Mix within 3 days of your receipt to be eliible for refunds/exchanges/store credit.
 
For all returns/exchanges/store credit, please contact Boutique Mix at info@boutiquemix.com to obtain the shipping return address. Package and ship the the item (in its original condition) and original invoice to the Boutique Mix shipping return address.
 
Bouitque Mix does not accept responsibility for packages shipped by others. We advise that you insure and track your shipment in the event it is damaged or misplaced.
 
There is a $1 restocking fee for all returned items. This amount will be subtracted from any refunds or store credit issued.
 
Sales Tax
 
Pursuant to law, Boutique Mix must collect sales taxes on all items shipping within the District of Columbia (DC). The DC sales tax is 6%. This tax will be added to all orders. Please note that the DC sales tax is separate from the UPS shipping charges.
 
Gift Wrapping Services
 
Boutique Mix offers gift wrapping services. If you would like Boutique Mix to gift wrap an item, please contact send the relevant details to info@boutiquemix.com. Please let us know if you would like to include a special message.
 
Boutique Mix will, at your request, include a card on your behalf, at no additional cost.
 
Boutique Mix Privacy Policy
 
Boutique Mix treasures its important relationship with its customers and understands the importance of customer privacy. Therefore, Boutique Mix makes every reasonable effort to ensure protection of customer privacy and security. Boutique Mix will never sell nor share your information with third parties.
 
The payment information you provide via the payment portals are not shared with Boutique Mix. Any personal information (emails, addresses) obtained by Boutique Mix for processing and shipping your order will not be provided to third parties.
